TRENDSCOUTING

We draw inspiration for new products, trends and techniques from trade fairs, points of sale (POS) and regular visits to our partner manufacturers worldwide. In this process speed is crucial. From the first idea to the finished sample it often takes just a few days. Throughout the process we keep our eyes and ears focused on our customers, who ultimately aim to successfully market the new product.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

A new product is created within our team. Together we develop new items that fit and complement our core competencies. Our product management team supported by our designers ensures optimal implementation from the initial idea to the finished sample. Even beyond our standard product portfolio we can develop additional products individually and according to customer specifications upon request.

PRODUCTION SELECTION

The wide range of high-turnover and high-margin products requires a selective approach for each individual partner in retail. Every customer has unique requirements and it is our goal to meet them. The challenge often lies in a limited space that must be used optimally. For this HTG develops the right concept tailored to you.
We produce both within Europe (e.g. Italy, Portugal, Serbia and Turkey) and in the Far East (e.g. China, India, Pakistan and the Philippines). Thanks to long-standing partnerships we are also able to produce smaller quantities.

PRODUCTION MONITORING

We know all our production sites in various countries. No order is placed without a thorough understanding of the production location and its key players. The owners of HTG are personally involved in this process. We do not rely solely on certifications but also carry out our own inspections and have factories and products tested by third parties. There is a close, cooperative and above all positively shaped relationship built on many years of fair collaboration.

We demand that our partners respect human rights and all social aspects concerning production workers. Through audits and standards such as BSCI and SA 8000 we ensure these requirements are met.

FINAL INSPECTION

No product leaves the production facility without checking all the parameters associated with the item. From the product itself to the packaging and export carton, we have each item inspected by our agents and independent testing institutes. We can always provide evidence that our products are free from harmful substances.

EDI INTEGRATION & WAREHOUSE SERVICE

EDI integration for various NOS programs is a core business model for us. This allows us to support our customers with essential tasks while we handle the supply of goods. Additionally, we offer NOS stocking in our warehouse for many customers.
